Lake Monomonac is a 594-acre artificial lake located in the far north of Massachusetts extending across the state line into New Hampshire. It is within Worcester County in Massachusetts and Cheshire County in New Hampshire.

On the Massachusetts side of the lake, Boston Logan International Airport is the closest, situated 77 miles south. and just 9 miles away from Heywood Hospital.
